Colorado Opens In-N-Out...

It has obviously been a while since last posting, but the pandemic has put a damper on my travel, just as it has with pretty much everyone in the entire world! That said, still some burger news occurring.

Colorado opened their first In-N-Out location in Aurora just before Thanksgiving. As you might imagine, the demand was...intense:

12-14 hour wait times for a Double-Double. I like me some In-N-Out, but as good as it might be, it is not that good. Still glad to see that they are in Colorado!

Been on the road for quite a while, and haven't had much of a chance to update the blog lately. The good news is that I have about a dozen burgers to add to the blog as soon as time allows.

Located in a strip mall at the corner of Alameda and Chambers in Aurora, Colorado, NGL is that hidden secret that has been a community favorite for years. So secret that I didn't find it until a few years ago, and it has very quickly (and deservedly) become part of my weekly burger rotation (what - you don't have a weekly burger rotation?).

Simply put: this is my significant other's favorite burger in the Denver area. Period.
